Three plans, one 12-month agreement
Monthly, Every Other Month or Quarterly visits, timed to the ant, spider and earwig seasons in the Temecula Valley.

We offer three pest control plans, Monthly, Every Other Month and Quarterly, each a 12-month agreement with prices starting at $45 a month. Every plan visit treats the pests that come back with the seasons here, and if they return between visits, we return at no charge. Call (951) 535-4220 and Jenni will tell you which plan fits your house.
A plan is for pests that don't stay gone. In the Temecula Valley that's Argentine ants, which trail indoors in the summer heat and again after the first winter rain, black widows settling into garages and block walls, brown widows on the patio furniture and along the eaves, and earwigs coming out of damp mulch in spring. A single treatment knocks those back for a while. A plan puts a technician at the house ahead of each peak, so the ants are met at the perimeter.
The three plans differ in how often we come. Monthly brings a technician every month, Every Other Month every two months, and Quarterly every three months. Jenni will tell you which one fits the pressure at your house. The Quarterly plan comes with or without rodent control, which costs a little more when included, and mosquito treatment can be added to it, priced by the size of the yard. Termites are a separate service on every plan.
Each visit covers the treatment for the pests you called about, and the technician works the spots you point out, so tell him what you've seen since last time. You don't need to be home. Between visits, if the ants come back or a new web shows up on the eave, call (951) 535-4220 and we come back at no charge. That free re-service is part of every plan.
The first visit on any plan is $49. Every plan is a 12-month agreement, and if you cancel early you pay back the $200 first-visit discount. The price for your address comes from a free inspection and estimate, and Jenni will give it to you on the phone or after the technician has seen the house.
A plan isn't right for everyone, and we'll say so. A wasp nest, a flea problem after a kennel stay or a one-off roach job is a one-time treatment, with no agreement attached. One-time treatments start at $249. If what you have is ants, spiders or earwigs, the plan is the steadier way to stay ahead of them. Tell Jenni what you're seeing and she'll tell you plainly which kind of problem yours is.

Every plan is a 12-month agreement. If you cancel early, you pay back the first-visit discount ($200 when the first visit was $49). Termite work is a separate service.
For ants, spiders and earwigs, yes, because those pests return with the seasons here. UC IPM describes Argentine ants as large connected colonies that trail indoors in hot dry weather and after rain, which is two pushes a year on its own. A visit every three months puts a technician at the house ahead of each one. A single wasp nest or a one-off flea problem is a one-time job instead.
The treatment for the pests you called about, with the eaves brushed and the cobwebs cleared every time. If pests come back between scheduled visits, we return at no charge. Nobody needs to be home. Tell the technician or Jenni what you've seen since the last visit so the technician can work those spots.
Ants, spiders, earwigs and the other pests that come back with the seasons here. Rodent control is optional on the Quarterly plan and costs a little more when included. Mosquito treatment is an add-on, priced by yard size. Termites are a separate service that starts with Tyler Williams's inspection. Ask Jenni exactly what your plan covers when you book.
Not always. We try to keep technicians in the same areas, though we can't promise it. Whoever comes, tell him where you saw activity last time and what has changed, like a new wood pile or a sprinkler soaking the mulch against the stucco.
Tell us about the dog, the cat and the kids when you book. Our technicians are licensed through the State of California, and every product label sets how long people and animals stay off a treated area, so the technician gives you that time on each visit. Ask about the products and we'll tell you they're labeled for use in hospitals and daycares.
Plans start at $45 a month, and the price for your address comes from a free inspection and estimate. The first visit is $49 when you start a plan. Plans are 12-month agreements, so ending one early means paying back the $200 first-visit discount. Call (951) 535-4220 and ask Jenni. Take your time.
No. Most customers would rather be out, and the visit goes ahead without them. Tell Jenni about locked gates and dogs in the yard so the technician can reach the eaves and the perimeter. If you are home, point out where you've seen activity since the last visit.
Yes. Every plan, Monthly, Every Other Month or Quarterly, is a 12-month agreement. Cancelling partway through means repaying the discount your first visit carried. One-time treatments have no agreement, so if you'd rather start with one, say so.
No. Termites are a separate service with their own inspection and treatment, because the work depends on whether it's drywood or subterranean termites and how far they've spread. Tyler Williams does the inspection and the WDO report, and Dylan Reed does the treatment. Ask Jenni to book the inspection when you call.
