What do we collect?

When you send a request through this website we collect the details you type: your name and mobile phone number, what you need help with, when you need it and, if you choose to add them, your ZIP code and a note. We also record the page you sent it from and how you found the site (for example a search or an ad), so we know which of our marketing works.

If you call us instead, we see your phone number and, like any business phone line, a record of the call.

How do we use it?

Source Pest Control uses your details only to answer your request, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about that job. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who receives a request I send?

A request goes to our office team so someone can call you back. It travels through the services that run this website's form, and the company that maintains this website can see incoming requests so they can make sure every one arrives.

What does this site keep in my browser?

The first time you visit, the site saves a small note in your browser's local storage: the campaign tags or ad click reference in the link you followed, the site that sent you, the first page you landed on and when. It updates the same note on later visits. It stays in your browser and is only sent to us if you submit the request form. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

What do your servers see when I send the form?

Like any website, our server receives your IP address, the country it belongs to and your browser type with each request. We use them to spot and block spam and automated submissions. The form also has a hidden field that real visitors never fill in, which catches simple bots. It also runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that tells people from bots without asking you to solve a puzzle.

Do we send text messages?

If you give us a mobile number we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Which tools see this site's traffic?

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and which calls and forms come from which source. These tools may set cookies. Advertising storage is off by default, so the site does not store information for ad personalization.

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which handles the connection between your browser and the site.

What about the links to other sites?

Links to our pages on other sites, such as our social media profiles and our Google reviews, take you to services with their own privacy policies. This notice does not cover them.
