We handle the pests people call about across 20 cities from our Murrieta office: ants, spiders, rats and mice, termites, earwigs, wasps, bed bugs, mosquitoes, fleas, roaches, crickets and silverfish. Some of that is plan work, some is a one-time treatment, and termites are their own service. Call (951) 535-4220 and we'll tell you which yours is.

The services below sort into four kinds of work, and the first call usually settles which one you need. Plans are for the pests that come back with the seasons. Ants, spiders and earwigs don't stay gone in this valley, so a Monthly, Every Other Month or Quarterly plan puts a technician at the house on a schedule, and if something shows up between visits we come back at no charge. The Quarterly plan comes with or without rodent control, and mosquito treatment can be added to it, priced by the size of the yard. Plans start at $45 a month on a 12-month agreement.

One-time treatments are for a problem with an end. A wasp nest under the eave, a flea problem after the dog came back from the kennel, roaches around a water heater or a bed bug job, which we do with heat and with traditional treatments. One-time treatments start at $249, and if that's what you have we'll say so on the phone. Wasps are the stinging insect we remove. We don't handle bees, and we'll tell you that on the call too.

Rodents and termites each get their own page because the work is different. Rats and mice are trapping plus exclusion, which means finding and sealing the gaps they use, and the sealing is quoted separately so you can see each part of the job. Any rodent bait goes in tamper-resistant bait stations. Termites start with an inspection by Tyler Williams, who tells you whether you have drywood termites in the wood or subterranean termites coming up from the soil, and writes the WDO report that realtors and escrow companies ask for. That inspection and report cost $99 for a sale or refinance. We do the termite treatment ourselves, and when a house needs tenting we arrange the fumigation through a subcontractor.

Commercial pest control is the fourth kind. We schedule those visits around your business hours and provide written service records. Our accounts include restaurants and food service, offices, retail, multi-building properties, property management and warehouses. Tell Jenni about the building, the hours you're open and what you're seeing, and she'll set it up.

Whatever you're dealing with, the inspection and estimate are free, and you don't need to be home for a visit. Call (951) 535-4220, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, or pick the service below that matches what you're seeing.

  4. Rodent Control

Rodent control for roof rats, Norway rats and house mice in Temecula, Murrieta and North County, with a 4.9 rating across 1,111 Google reviews. 5. Bed Bug Treatment

Bed bug treatment by heat or by traditional methods in Temecula, Murrieta and North San Diego County, from a team that has worked in California since 2011. 6. Cockroach Control

Cockroach control for homes and businesses in Temecula, Murrieta and North County. We identify the species before anything is treated, because German roaches living behind a dishwasher and Turkestan roaches wandering in from the block wall need different work. 7. Ant Control

Ant control for Argentine ants, carpenter ants and fire ants in Temecula, Murrieta and the cities around them. 8. Spider Control

Black widow and brown widow control for homes in Temecula, Murrieta and North County. We're a 13-person team. We clear the cobwebs from the eaves, treat the garage corners and block walls where widows hide, and tell you which spots around your home to check between visits.

  9. Wasp Control

Paper wasp and yellowjacket nest removal around Temecula, Murrieta and North County. The technician treats the nest under the eaves, in the ground or inside a wall according to the product label, takes the comb down once the colony is dead, and tells you what's drawing them to the yard. Mosquito treatment for yards in Temecula, Murrieta and North County, rated 4.9 by 1,111 Google reviewers. It's an add-on to our Quarterly plan, priced by the size of your yard. Details
  11. Flea Control

Flea treatment for homes and yards in Temecula, Murrieta and North County. Our 13-person team treats the carpets, the pet's resting spots and the shaded yard where flea larvae develop, while your vet treats the dog or cat itself, because both halves have to happen in the same week for the fleas to stay gone.

    Details
  12. Earwig Control

Earwig control for homes across Temecula, Murrieta and the surrounding cities, from our 13-person team. Common questions

Which pest control service do I need?

Tell Jenni what you're seeing and she'll tell you. Ants, spiders and earwigs come back every season here, so they suit a plan. A wasp nest, fleas or roaches are often a one-time treatment. Rats and mice are trapping and sealing. Anything termite starts with Tyler Williams's inspection, because the treatment depends on which termite it is and how far it has gone.

What's the difference between a plan and a one-time treatment?

A one-time treatment is a single visit for a single problem, and one-time treatments start at $249. A plan is a 12-month agreement with a visit monthly, every other month or quarterly, starting at $45 a month, and a free return visit if pests come back in between. If you start a plan, the first visit is $49, and cancelling early means paying back the $200 first-visit discount.

Do you treat businesses as well as homes?

Yes, across both counties. We schedule around your business hours, provide written service records, and work with restaurants and food service, offices, retail, multi-building properties, property management and warehouses. Call (951) 535-4220 and tell Jenni the type of property and what you're seeing.

What happens with children and pets in the house?

Tell us about them when you book. Our technicians are licensed through the State of California and apply each product according to its label, which sets where it can go and how long people and animals stay off the treated area. The technician gives you that time on the visit. If you ask about the products themselves, we'll tell you they're labeled for use in hospitals and daycares.

Do you do termite inspections for escrow?

Yes. Tyler Williams inspects and writes the WDO report, and for a sale or refinance the inspection and report cost $99. The report says which termite is present, where, and whether there's damage. If you're buying or selling, ask about our realtor services when you call so the report doesn't hold up a closing date.

Do you spray for mosquitoes?

Yes, as an add-on to the Quarterly plan, priced by the size of the yard. UC IPM notes that mosquitoes breed in standing water, so empty the bird bath, the clogged gutter and the plant saucers, and ask the technician to point out any others he sees.

Do you treat bed bugs?

Yes, with heat and with traditional treatments, and the inspection and estimate are free. Tell Jenni which rooms you're seeing them in and whether anyone has traveled recently or brought home used furniture, since that often tells us where they came in.

Which cities do these services cover?

20 cities from the Murrieta office, from Riverside and Corona down through Temecula to Escondido, Oceanside and Carlsbad, plus a number of smaller places around them. The areas page has the full list. Call (951) 535-4220, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm.
